Mural for Electrical and Computer Engineering Department

We worked with the faculty at Worcester Polytechnic Institute to design a ‘digital forest’ mural for their student lounge in their electrical and computer engineering wing.

We wanted to make sure the digital forest mural created a calming environments for students while also speaking to the incredible work and learning they do at campus. The mural, digitally created at large scale, printed and installed on campus, has 21 exciting easter eggs for students, faculty and guests to explore.

From electrical train technology that they pioneered to smith charts, amp circuits and binary code that has secret messages, the mural is one of our favourite projects to date. It combines artistic talent with technical elements and excellent digital art to create a mural that can be reprinted, and suited the institutes needs.
